Newbuilt house near the mountains in northern Sweden
A modern new house (2022) 4 bedrooms, two floors. On top floor there are three bedrooms. One double bed, one single bed and one foldable sofa bed( for two) There's also a sitting area/ tv-room and a large balcony with sitting furniture. Bathroom with a tub. On ground floor there's one bed room with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower and a sitting area in front of fire place as well as a dining area. A terrace with garden furniture/dining table for 10 and barbecue. A garden with fruit trees, flowers and vegetables.
Beautiful surroundings, hiking paths, fishing possibilities. Small village with playground, grocery store, café and gas station within walking distance. Lake view from the house. Cute cats that would like some attention. We have an inflatable SUP and a canoe. Trampoline in the garden.

DK49323Very nice people, good commincation before and during the Exchange. Beautiful house with great views. Lovely hiking trail nearby (Hällberget) and many beautiful lakes to go for a swim in. We enjoyed playing padle at the outdoor padle court on top of the village.
We also enjoyed visiting Åre (one hour drive) and hiking to the top of Åreskutan.
