Welcome to our charming apartment in Amsterdam, boasting a bright and airy living room and two bedrooms with breathtaking city views. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six people, it offers a double bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed in the other (accommodating two on the lower bed and one on the upper bed). Additionally, the living room features a cozy sleeper sofa for two.

The location is simply perfect. Nestled in a serene car-free area at the heart of one of the main canals, the Prinsengracht, our apartment is conveniently situated near the Central Station and the renowned Anne Frank House. Within a minute's stroll, you'll find yourself in the vibrant Jordaan district, teeming with 200 small shops, delightful restaurants, and the world's most beautiful Art Deco Movie theater, known as "The Movies" (www.themovies.nl).

Tram 3 is at your doorstep, offering a direct 15-minute ride to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Modern Art Museum, and the famous Concertgebouw.

Rest assured, the apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities you need. From a dishwasher and washing machine to a dryer, free WiFi, and Apple TV with Netflix, we have you covered. Furthermore, we provide three bicycles in the downstairs storage room for you to explore Amsterdam at your leisure. If you're feeling adventurous, you can even rent a boat nearby and sail along the picturesque canals. For families with little ones, a charming petting zoo (children's farm with goats, pigs, and rabbits) and numerous playgrounds are located just 100 meters from the apartment, all free to enjoy.

Having lived here since 1982, we can attest to the tranquility and charm of the neighborhood. Our apartment may not be grand in size, but it radiates a delightful sense of light, cheerfulness, convenience, and joy. Over the years, we have engaged in 39 successful house exchanges, and our guests have always adored our home and its prime location.

In addition to our Amsterdam apartment, we also have a spacious house in the center of Rotterdam. It features four bedrooms, two friendly cats, and a lovely garden. Situated near the Central Station, across from a public swimming pool, and in close proximity to a fantastic zoo, our Rotterdam home is nestled in a tranquil street.
