We are interested in a longer exchange between one and five months, as our children are on their year abroad from mid-August 2023 to mid-January 2024. Preferably close to nature or big cities in Spain, France, Portugal or Italy. It would be important for us to have a reliable and fast internet connection for the home office. |

Berlin City, nature or both?
Our place offers the Berlin experience as well as the comfort and calm of a rural idyll. So you have vacational feeling, its quiet and the creative buzz of Berlin is just a few minutes away.
The great advantage of our flat is the extremely good public transport connection. Without even having to cross the street, you can get to the S-Bahn station in a minute, where you have a connection to the city centre every 10 minutes. Our apartment is located in Westend (Charlottenburg) right at the side of the city-train (S3/S9), which crosses Berlin from west to east. You reach the sights and places without changing train: Charlottenburg/Kurfürstendamm (10 min.), Savignyplatz/Zoo (13 min.), Main Station, Friedrichstrasse, Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz, Warschauer Straße (20-30 minutes). And yet, thanks to the closeness of Grunewald forest and the lakes, the area offers leisure time activities like cycling, running, water sports, tennis, beach volleyball and horse-riding. Our apartment has a living area is of approx. 120 sqm, all modern comfort and a nice garden with a south-west terrace. A spacious joint garden with a playground for children and a view into the landscaped park. We look forward to hear from you!
