We are exchanging our Haussmann apartment located in the North-East of Paris, in a family, quiet and practical area. Many shops nearby.
Near the Père Lachaise Cemetery (7min. walk), metro line 11 (Télégraphe station) or line 3 (Gambetta station). The apartment is 70m2, it is very bright, with all the comforts and a home cinema. Market on Wednesday and Saturday morning. Place du Chatelet (center of Paris) in 25 minutes door to door with the metro.

We can also exchange our second home located in Vendières (02540), 85 minutes from Paris to the east by car, next to the city of Montmirail in the Champagne region.

The apartment is located in a family area, with a nearby park and several supermarkets at the bottom of the building. Several theaters nearby: Théâtre de la Coline (Place Gambetta) and Théâtre Ouvert.
In the house there is an electric piano. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice height under ceiling. For the children, there are 2 small rooms in rows. The beds are high up, with the desks below. One of the bedrooms has 2 beds. Children love the hut side !

Nous pouvons aussi échanger notre résidence secondaire située à Vendières (02540), à 85 minutes de Paris à l'Est en voiture, à côté Montmirail dans la région du Champagne.

Dans la maison il y a un piano électrique. Cuisine très bien équipée. Belle hauteur sous plafond. Pour les enfants, il y a 2 petites chambres en enfilades. Les lits sont en hauteur, avec les bureaux en dessous. L'une des chambres a 2 lits. Les enfants adorent le côté cabane !
