Beautiful, spacious and bright 2 bedroom apartment in Kallio, Helsinki.
7th floor with a lift and gorgeous views over the rooftops.
Old, renovated building with nice neighbors, in an artistic, vivid and lively neighborhood 10 min. from the city center. Trams and buses all around the city leave right in front of the building, metro 500 m. ( Trams are the main way to travel in Helsinki.)
Lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, small shops, parks, theatres, galleries and playgounds for children around. Also a library, a swimming hall, a church, a movie theater, a market place, an outdoorpool and an amusement park in the neighborhood. Supermarket across the street. Free laundry in the building, and a cosy barbeque area with sunbeds in the courtyard.
We also have a summer cottage in Kangasala by the lake with a wooden sauna, less than 2 h from Helsinki by car, that can also be an option in exchange.
