House in ROUEN, Normandy.

Rouen is an historical city, We live in the center in a quiet street.
It is an old house in which I have carried out many works. The house is very well equiped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dyer, freezer, ... Tv ,dvd player, Wifi.
The house is composed on the groundfloor of a living room a dining room, a kitchen and a living room overlooking the garden.
On the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, an office with a sofa and two bathrooms.
The second floor consist of bedroom under the roof,with a double bed and a sofa.
There is a little garden with a terrace, garden furniture and a BBQ.
We are very close to the city centre, only 10 minutes walk.
Rouen is a very nice town with many museums and monuments.
The sea is 40 minutes drive (Dieppe), drive a bit further (1 hour) for a sand beach (Deauville).
Paris is 1h15 from Rouen by car or by train.
DDay beaches are 2h away by car.
