A wonderful house in an idyllic part of Stockholm

Our place is a cute three floor wooden house in one of the nicest areas south of Stockholm (Enskede). With a wonderful garden and terrace bathing is sunlight all day. The house is close to the subway, supermarket and nice walks. There are lovely local restaurants and cafés a short 10 minutes walk away. If you want to enjoy the busy town of Stockholm it is just 20 minutes with the subway from our house or a 25 minutes bicycle ride. It´s also easy to take an Uber/taxi to and from town which takes round 10-15 minutes.
We have 3 bedrooms on the top floor. One well equipped kitchen with dishwasher on the first floor, connected with a nice dining room looking over the garden. On the same floor we have a cozy living room with a fire place. There is a lovely garden with apple and pear trees. in the summer time you can enjoy lunch or dinner in the garden or have your morning coffee outside in the sun.
There are 2 bathrooms. One on the top floor with bath tub and one on the base floor with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer for a comfortable stay.
