Attractive, spacious house in nice neighbourhood beside Phoenix Park and 5km from city centre

Welcome to our site! Wilkommen!  Bienvenue!
We are in an ideal location for exploring Dublin - 5 kms from city centre on an excellent bus route (bus stops outside front door) in a peaceful neighbourhood beside Phoenix Park .We are close to all amenities. We are also near to motorway for easy acess to other parts of the country. We are only 12 kms from Dublin airport (about 1/2 hour drive)
So far we have had 4 very enjoyable exchanges to Sweden, Holland , Austria and Germany.
Now we are looking for an exchange for the following school holidays
We are open to offers in Europe preferably near a Ryanair airport . We love hillwalking and outdoor sports and are particularly interested in scenic locations in mountains or near sea. We would also like a city break for a long weekend perhaps Barcelona.
