Wir wohnen in Wien am Stadtrand. Die U-Bahn ist in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen und in 25 min im Stadtzentrum. Die Wohnumgebung ist sehr ruhig und grün. Die Wohnung hat zwei Wohnebenen und eine große Dachterrasse mit Blick über Wien. Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich der große Wohnraum mit einer offenen Küche, einem Esszimmer und einer Sofaecke. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer, ein Gästezimmer und ein Badezimmer. Insgesamt ist die Größe der Wohnung 115 m2. Uns ist Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Wir werden unsere Wohnung aufgeräumt und geputzt dem Tauschpartner überlassen und erwarten uns das auch vom Gegenüber.

We live in Vienna in the suburbs. You can reach the subway in a 10 minutes walk. The time to reach the city center is 35 minutes. The area around the apartement is very calm and surrounded by nature. The apartement has two levels and a big roof terrace on the top, where you have a great view of Vienna. On the first level you can find a big kitchen, a dinning room and a few couches. On the second level you find the big sleeping room, a nice guestroom and the bathroom. Very important for us is the cleanness of the apartement. We will leave our apartement well cleaned and expect that the others will do the same.
