A double flat with plenty of rooms and an open view
Our appartment is made out of two appartments linked together with a passage through the common wall. We can offer 2 bedrooms, one guestroom/office with a sofa bed and one baby room. It's also possible to open the sofa in the salon. You have two bathrooms and toilets, and one balcony and one terrace on the back. The building is a clean cosy one from the 60's and the appartment is one the fourth floor, so you have an open view on Brussels roofs.
Close to Brussels center, it's linked to most neigborhoods of the city with three tram lines and as much bus lines. Brussels North Station is only 20 minutes straight by high frequency tram and Brussels Airport 30 minutes by bus..
Located on a very quiet street away with plane trees and kids playing, it's a really good spot to visit the capital of Europe as well as most cities and areas of Belgium.
Our cat Boulette will welcome you and await some scratches on her back ! :D

Our Neighbourhood

Nearest Airport: Brussels Airport - 30-45 minutes by direct public transportation. 10km by car.
The appartment is on the fourth out of seven floor of a middle size building from 1969. The neighborhood is made of houses from the first half of XXth century. The street is a quiet recently renovated square, full of plane trees with kids playing in the middle. Parking is okay, not very difficult, but can be busy sometimes.
Many different supermarkets are available within a 15 minutes walk, and the big Josaphat park is 500m away.
In the same 15 to 20 minutes range by walking, you can reach the public swimming pool and the famous Train Museum.
The neighborhood is quite muticultural as Brussels is.

About Our Family
Bénédicte and Mathieu with Mathieu's daughter Charlotte (16) and little Lucien (2,5).
For this summer 2025, we choosed England and were planning to do a 2 weeks bike trip around London to discover the countryside. The idea was to sleep in tents and go from campsite to private garden to meet both country and it's inhabitants. But Lucien, who hadn't been consulted, explained us with his own way, that sleeping in a tent wasn't a good idea. We listened him and change our plan to achieve an old idea : home exchange !
We are open to go a bit further, maybe with our bikes, maybe not, depending on the location.
