House at Le Bourg d'Oisans and appartment at Les 2 Alpes, France
Our 140m² house has a 1500m² garden, crossed by a small river where you can fish. The house was renovated in 2012.
The ground floor has a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, a room with washing machine, dryer, additional fridge and freezer. The main room and the kitchen are in the same room there is also a home cinema room.
On the first floor we have 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and one single) and a bathroom with bathtub.
Bourg d'Oisans is very famous for cycling with many mythical climbs (L'Alpes d'Huez, Col du Galibier, ....), there is a lake 5 km away, climbing rocks 1 km and all shops and supermarket. at 3km. We are 7 km from the Parc des Ecrins with Venosc and La Bérarde and very famous walks.
P.S. We also have an apartment in the ski resort "Les 2 Alpes" which has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 75m2 with possibility for 7 people. In Les 2 Alpes you can practice summer skiing (glacier up to 3600m), mountain biking, tennis, swimming pool,...... and all mountain activities.
We have VW Amarok 2019, Tesla model 3 2021 and Fiat Panda 4x4 2019 included in exchange.
