An old-French fashion house, in a quiet village, perfect to discover the Loire Valley Châteaux (1h by train - 2.5h by car from Paris)
Our traditionnal house is located in a small village close to the Loire Valley (UNESCO word heritage), also named “The Garden of France”. The location is an ideal starting point to visit the vineyards and the châteaux of the Loire: Chateau of Chenonceau, Villandry, Chambord,..and others (we still didn't visit all of them).

The village has all the main facilities and is at 10 km to Tours, known for the pleasures of the table and its historical heritage (plus a TGV station - 1h to Paris). Schools are particularly friendly in our village.
The house is old-fashioned but renovated with all modern equipment: a large living-room with boom beam and a 18th-century fireplace, a confortable and functional kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The house is surrounded by a vast garden, bordering a forest.
There is a private parking inside, a patio perfect for barbecue.
We are a family with 3 children so the house is well adjusted to families.
Bikes (adult/kid) are availables, as well as a canoe.

Très jolie maison cosy et hôte très sympathique. Ville calme et randonnées et facilité dans Brighton et autres villes, à 1h de Londres.
Lovely family home. Shady garden. Great communication with the family at all times. I looked after the chickens nd sheep … but there really wasn’t much to do, just checking food and water once a week. Great location for visiting the chateaux. Very good French experience.

The beautiful and large home and garden of Leslie and Antoine gave the perfect backdrop for a relaxing, yet varied, family holiday. Leslie and Antoine were always very welcoming and helpful, and everything was perfect when we returned to our home, making this an excellent experience. We could not ask for more and give our highest recommendations!

We are a couple with 3 children.
We are working at the university hospital of Tours (epidemiologiste in infectious disease and intensiviste) but we chose to live in a little city at the edge of a little river "l'Indre". Indeed, We are on the cycling Trail of St Jacques de Compostelle and the way "Loire ā velo".
We have bikes for all the family (tandem, traditional Dutch cargo cycle) and bikes for the little ones. And a canoë to sail down the river.
We are medical doctors and project to come and collaborate one year in a medical hospital in Boston. That is the reason why we want to discover with our children the region this summer. In order to show them USA.
Nous sommes un couple avec 3 enfants. Nous aimons la nature et les activités sportives.
Nous travaillons sur l'hôpital de la ville préfecture de Tours mais avons choisi d vivre dans un petite village périphérique au bord d'une rivière avec les itinéraires de la Loire et l'Indre ā vélo.
Nous avons d'ailleurs des vélos pour toute la famille ā disposition: vélo tandem backfeet ( vélo hollandais avec caisse pour enfants) charrette ā vélo pour transporter le enfants.
Étant au bord de la rivière nous avons un canoë pneumatique également ou l'on rentre ā 3-4 .
Nous sommes 2 médecins avec un projet d'expatriation aux USA voilà pourquoi nous souhaitons créer des liens avec la côte est des états unis, notamment faire découvrir le pays ā nos enfants.
