Top floor duplex in Puigcedà, in the middle of the Pyrennes
150 m2 top floor duplex in Puigcerdà (Catalonia-next to the border with France, at only 1 km). Gorgeous views, perfect orientation towards the sun. The best feature of this residence is the area, called the Cerdanya, where there are, in total, 20 skiing resorts at 10-20 km. around. Also, it’s possible to practice hiking and other sports. Andorra is only at 45 minutes. The total amount of possible trips in all the area is huge.
The duplex accommodates 7 people. The top floor flat has two levels, upstairs there is a room with a billiard table and a bed as well. In the main floor there are three double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The duplex includes garage and exchange of car.
