We are looking for an exchange summer 2025 for 3-4 weeks in july / August.
We can change our car ( Volvo V60). We have a babyseat and one childseat ( up to 5 years old).

About the neighborhood
We live in a Suburb outside Stockholm in a green and calm area. In five minutes you walk to the bus station that take you to train station Kallhäll. Från Kallhäll its 20 minutes to stockhol
City center. With var it take you 20 minutes to drive to city center.
Our house have four bedrooms, and a big garden to relax in. In the surroundings we have a beach to swim in, a big national park with café , lots of running and walking and playground. 5 minutes from the house is a big supermarket. Its easy to access the highway to go to the archipelago ( about 45 minutes). Stockholm is really great. From our home it´s easy to reach the both tourist attracations in Stockholm and also in the surroundings.

In this case, we had a problem, because we booked the flight tickets in january 2022 for july 2022, as indicated in our contract. The family got this information in our whatsapp conversations, but there was a very big misunderstanding and they understood the tickets were not bought. In the meanwhile, Mailda and Richard sold their home and in july we had no stay for our trip to Stockholm. Finally and happily, we found another exchange in the same city! We have to say, that Anna Grossi made a very good job and the swedish Intervac representative too! All went very well. At the same time, I want to say that Mailde and Richard and family stayed in our home during Christmas and New Year 2022 and they are very nice people and they took good care of our home and all were good. They told me that they spent a very good time here in Valencia. Sometimes things happen simply that way! Richard apologizes for all the inconveniences and told us that we are welcome in their new apartment, if we wish to visit Stockholm once again.During all this period of time we had a lot of whatsapp conversations and both parts informed about the advances to find another exchange for these days in july ´22.
