Our sunny flat is located on the ground floor of a well-reconstructed multiple dwelling built in the 1930s in the beautiful green borough of Dresden called "Laubegast".

The house is surrounded by lots of lime trees and inside the property there is a big green yard with enough space to play and to park your bikes. But there are no cars inside the property.
They can be safely parked on the side of the road next to our house.

Around the flats on the ground floor there are little private gardens with patios which are entered from the living rooms of these flats. You are invited to relax after a day full of new impressions and have a nice barbecue there.

Older and younger families with and without kids live in our house, who are very nice and helpful.

Our flat itself is very sunny as all of the rooms, apart from the bathroom and the kitchen, are directed to the south.
It consists of a spacious living-/dining room with a doublebed couch, one bedroom (masterbed 1,80m), another bedroom (bed 1,20m and a sleeping armchair 0,80m), a kitchen with a small dining place, a small bathroom with a tub/shower with a shower panel.
The spacious hall with a store room for the washing machine which you can use if you like.

We do not have a dishwasher anymore as we are usually alone and have no problem with washing the dishes by hand. Rainer sometimes funnily calls it his form of meditation.

The respectful treatment of nature, other people and their properties is very important to us.
You can be sure that we will treat your property as if it were ours.
We would appreciate it vice versa.

Unsere sonnige Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses aus den 1930er Jahren im beliebten grünen Dresdner Stadtteil "Laubegast".
Das Haus besitzt einen grünen Innenhof mit Wäscheplatz, ohne parkende Autos, aber Platz für viele Fahrräder und zum Ballspielen.

Die Erdgeschosswohnungen besitzen jeweils einen Zugang zu ihrem eigenen kleinen Gartenbereich mit Terrasse und Sitzgelegenheit, in denen es sich besonders gut am Abend nach einem Ausflug entspannen lässt. Obwohl diese zur Straßenseite liegen, ist es besonders abends sehr ruhig, so dass man manchmal denken könnte, man lebt auf dem Land.
Grillen ist dort auch gut möglich.

Das Haus wird von sehr freundlichen Familien in allen Altersgruppen, mit und ohne Kindern, bewohnt, die auch für Fragen und bei Problemen hilfsbereit zur Seite stehen.

Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sonnig, da, außer Küche und Bad, alle Zimmer nach Süden ausgerichtet sind.
Sie besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohn-/Esszimmer (mit ausziehbarer Doppelbettcouch), zwei Schlafzimmern ( Bett 1,80, Bett 1,20 und ausziehbarem Schlafsessel 0,80), insgesamt ca.6 Schlafmöglichkeiten, einer kleinen Küche mit Essplatz, Speisekammer, kleinem Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche (mit Duschtrennwand) sowie einem geräumigen Flur mit Abstellkammer, u.a. für die Waschmaschine, die gern benutzt werden kann
Es stehen 4 Erwachsenenfahrräder und bei Bedarf 2 Kinderfahrräder zur Verfügung, sodass man für kleinere und größere Touren entlang des Elberadweges bzw. zum Einkaufen in den nahegelegenen Geschäften und auf dem Wochenmarkt gut ausgestattet ist.
Da wir nur zu Zweit sind, haben wir den Geschirrspüler abgeschafft und widmen uns wieder der "meditativen Form des Geschirrspülens".
Für uns sind Werte wie Nachhaltigkeit, Respekt der Werte und des Eigentums anderer sehr wichtig.
