Capanne-Prato-Cinquale, Italy

Appartamento in zona residenziale, molto tranquilla. A due passi supermercato e negozi. A 2 km. il mare, alle spalle lo scenario delle Alpi Apuane. Ideale per vacanza al mare, come base per scoprire la Toscana del Nord (Pietrasanta 6 km, Lucca 40 km, Pisa 40 km) o per partecipare a manifestazioni come il Carnevale di Viareggio, il Lucca Summer Festival, Lucca Comics&Games. Si può fare shopping di lusso o partecipare ai numerosi eventi artistici a Forte dei Marmi (2 km.), o visitare rocche e castelli nelle vicinanze.

L'appartamento ha un gradevole giardino e si può fare colazione, pranzare o cenare sul grande terrazzo sul davanti della casa. Il living è luminoso, la cucina ha un comodo terrazzo che dà sul giardino. La zona giorno è separata dalla zona notte, che si trova al piano inferiore. La camera matrimoniale è dotata di uno spazioso armadio cabina, le altre due camere hanno letti separati, nella zona notte c'è una stanza armadio. Due bagni con doccia rendono l'appartamento molto comodo per 6/8 persone (nel living c’è un divano letto matrimoniale).

L'appartamento è a completa disposizione degli ospiti, tranne una stanza ripostiglio al piano terra.

Altre cose da evidenziare
Si possono affittare biciclette per andare al mare: a 300 metri inizia la pista ciclabile. Le bici possono essere ospitate nel giardino dell'appartamento. Il posto macchina scoperto è nello spazio comune dell'edificio.
Il quartiere
Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è un piccolo aeroporto da dove, in estate, partono voli turistici sulla Versilia. Sempre nelle vicinanze, chi pratica sport, potrà trovare: campi da tennis, campo da golf, piscine. Per il relax a 1.5 km. ci sono le Terme della Versilia e, poco più in là, un grande parco giochi per bambini piccoli e grandi.
Anche per chi ama andare in discoteca la scelta è numerosa.
La mattina si può comprare il pesce fresco dai pescherecci che rientrano nel porticciolo di Cinquale o la verdura e la frutta a km.0.
Per chi ama camminare in montagna, in soli 15 km. si arriva all'attacco dei sentieri che si inerpicano sulle Apuane ma, se si vuole evitare eccessivi dislivelli, si può scegliere uno fra i numerosi sentieri che costeggiano il mar ligure (ad es. quello delle Cinque Terre).
La maggioranza della costa è sabbiosa ma , a 15 km. verso Nord, iniziano gli scogli.
Un giro nei dintorni
Sul lungomare un servizio di autobus collega Cinquale alle località della costa, sia verso Nord (Massa Carrara), che verso Sud (Viareggio). La stazione ferroviaria è a 10 km. ed è sulla linea Genova-Roma. L'aeroporto di Pisa è a 48 km.

Apartment in a very quiet residential area with supermarket and shops within 300m.
The beach is just 2 km far, while behind the house you can see the wonderful Apuane Mountains.
This house is perfect not only for seaside holidays : you can use it to explore the North Tuscany (Pietrasanta 6 km, Lucca 40 km, Pisa 40 Km), looking for the castles in the surroundings, during Viareggio Carnival or Lucca Comics & Games.
You can luxury shopping at Forte dei Marmi (2km) if you desire.

The space
The apartment has a florid cornering garden and the large terrace is perfect for breakfast,lunch and dinner (ex. during the sunset).
The living is very bright, while in the kitchen there's a backdoor that face another small terrace and the back side of the garden.
The sleeping area is located downstairs in the basement: the double room has a wide cabin wardrobe, the other two bed rooms have separate beds, there is a cabin that can be used for wardrobe.
Dislocated down and upstairs there are two bathrooms that allow six/eight people living comfy in here. In the living room there is a sofa bed.

The whole apartment is available for host except 1 room downstairs, the entrance is independent.

Other info
You can rent a bike (300m from the bike lane) which you can leave in the house garden. The car park is in the shared zone of the condominium.

The hood
Very close from the house (700m) there is a small airport, where in summer, turistic flys around Versilia set.
For sports people in the neighborhood you can find tennis and golf court and a swimming pool. Relax is 1,5 km far but Versilia Spa are waiting for you and after that a huge playground for younger and elder is there.
Usually summer in Cinquale is full of events for children. For concerts, exhibitions, parties, Discos ecc the choice is huge, spread along Versilia, one of the most alive and active part of Italy.
In the morning you can get fresh fish from fisherman's in the small port or fruit and vegetables 0km.
For mountains lover 15 km far began the path that climbs up the Apuane Mountains, and if you prefer land walks to hiking, you can choose one along Liguria Sea (es. "Cinque Terre").
The shore is mainly sandy but 15 km north the cliffs begins

Cinquale is connected to Versilia's spots by a bus network, the railway station is 10 km far in Genova-Rome line. Pisa airport is 48 km far.
