Charming house in Oudergem, Brussel
The house is built in 1936. Although it is a house in the row, it has some rural atmosphere with the terrace and the garden (with a little pond and beehives). The house has three floors:
* at the first floor: one large space with kitchen, living and dining room, toilet;
* at the second floor: a large bedroom, a hobby room, toilet and bathroom with shower,
* at the third floor: a large room with guest-bed, a large storage, toilet and shower.
The house is equipped with central heating and all modern comfort.
The garden is about 6 m x 25 m. We have a set of garden furniture, a small barbeque and two e-bikes for adults.

About the neighborhood
We live in a quiet neighbourhood in one of the 19 districts of Brussels.
With our electric bikes, you can reach the green belt or the city center within fifteen minutes.
There are also excellent public transport links (metro, bus, and tram) in all directions.
Brussels is an ideal base to explore the rest of Belgium. Cities like Bruges, Antwerp and Ghent are easily accessible by train. Paris is only 90 minutes by TGV, Londen 2 hours by Eurostar and Amsterdam 3 hours by Eurostar.
