Comfortable and modern one-bedroom apartment located in Krastova Vada, one of the fastest developing areas in Sofia. The apartment is about an 11-minute walk from Paradise Mall and Vitosha Metro Station, making it easy to reach the city center and other parts of the city.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a large double bed, a bright living room with a dining area, and a bathroom with toilet. It is perfect for a comfortable short or long stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for daily living, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, washing machine and dryer. The living area also has a large TV and fast Wi-Fi, making it suitable for relaxing or remote work.
The neighborhood is quiet and modern, with many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Paradise Mall, the metro station and public transport are all within walking distance. Vitosha mountain is also very close and perfect for hiking, skiing or nature escapes.
I am open to flexible and longer home exchanges.
