About the neighborhood
Our home is a modern and spacious apartment in a beautiful historic building from 1928, located right in the heart of Helsinki. The apartment combines the charm of an older building — with high ceilings and a bay window — with modern comforts such as a private sauna, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a utility room, and a well-equipped kitchen.
The location is extremely central: Kamppi Shopping Centre, restaurants, cafés, shops, public transport, and all the services of downtown Helsinki are within easy walking distance. At the same time, the apartment also offers peace and quiet — the windows overlook a beautiful inner courtyard, and the greenery of the courtyard gives this city home an unusually calm atmosphere. The building has an elevator, a pleasant courtyard, a laundry room, a drying room, and bicycle storage.
