Our bright 1,147 square foot San Francisco flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom, original hardwood floors, high ceilings, a comfortable queen-or-larger primary bed, a second room with a daybed and work area, a full kitchen, dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. Two friendly cats, Baby Blue and Sugar Plum, live here. Their food, water, and litter are automated, so they mainly need play and companionship. There are no human roommates.

About the neighborhood
We are in NoPa, three blocks from Alamo Square and one block from Divisadero Street's cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. The Panhandle, Golden Gate Park connections, neighborhood markets, and convenient public transportation are all nearby. It is an excellent base for exploring San Francisco on foot or by transit.

Warm, responsible animal lovers from San Francisco
We are Gabby and Neal, a married couple living in San Francisco with our two cats, Baby Blue and Sugar Plum. We love exploring cities on foot, neighborhood restaurants, art, music, parks, and getting to know a place like locals. We are quiet, tidy, non-smoking guests and would care for your home as carefully as our own.
Animals are a big part of our lives. We both grew up with dogs and cats, have completed dozens of paid house sits, and have cared for pets at least five times a year for the past decade. We are comfortable with dogs of all sizes, strong pullers, medications including injections, and normal home-care tasks. At our home, our cats use automatic food, water, and litter systems and mainly need play and affection.
For this trip, we are looking for a New York City exchange from September 20 through September 26, 2026, with flexibility to leave Friday morning if that is easier for a host. We are especially interested in Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Lower Manhattan, and well-connected Brooklyn neighborhoods.
