House in Mali Lošinj, Croatia
I am offering for the exchange a traditional decorated old house in Mali Lošinj on the island Lošinj. The island and the city are popular touristic destination famous for special climate (air bath, healing), beautiful nature (green and rich with Mediterranean plants and odours) and long maritime history. The house is situated just above the costal part of city (riva, marina) and very close to first shops, restaurants and the fish market. On the other side it has the access to the beaches (15 minutes walk) and walking and biking aria. Most of the island part, south from Mali Lošinj is kind of small peninsula with forest and walking path by the sea all around and a nice road in the middle leading to the view to small island Ilovik.
The house has very nice courtyard, ideal for sitting and dining outside, quiet and shady (grapevine shade) with a lemon tree and a flattering Bugenvilia tree and with a grill. It has another small and private place for sitting outside in front, in the sea direction, with a view to the nice garden.
The house itself is an old, traditional one, not very fancy, but having all you need (except that it is not appropriate for longer stay in heating season – November to mid April). It has living room and the kitchen on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the second and one bedroom in the 3rd floor with some opened space left. The bathroom is between the ground and second floor. All rooms have airconditioning.
It has a direct view to the sea from the second floor.
Once you come to Lošinj, you do not need a car but you can do very much and enjoy just by biking (3 modest bikes at disposal + rental possibilities) or walking, or, being in the middle of Adriatic, you can rent some sea vessel as well.

IE1115Wonderfully located holiday home steps away from the harbour in stunning Mali Losinj. Home was comfortable and welcoming with everything needed for our stay. Hosts had provided plenty of information on things to do and see as well as recommendations for restaurants. Highly recommended.
